Nourishing Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

This chia seed pudding is the perfect morning pick me up, a delicious snack or a great toddler meal. It’s light, delicious, satisfying and of course, nourishing!  

Chia seeds are rich in fibre, protein, minerals, vitamins and omega-3. They contain high levels of manganese, phosphorus, calcium, zinc and are also a high source of antioxidants. 

We use a ton of chia seeds over here putting them on both sweet and savoury meals, adding them to salads, smoothies, yogurt and fruit dishes. 

The other superfood in this dish are blueberries. Also rich in antioxidants, blueberries are full of of nutrients and can have a significant impact on our health. They help alleviate inflammation in the body, can aide with weightless and can even support your digestive system. 

Blueberries have always been H’s favourite food. We buy both fresh and frozen, but especially love getting fresh, wild blueberries from our local Farmer’s Market. 

Nourishing Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

Course Breakfast, Kid Friendly
Servings 1 Serving


  • 1 cup non dairy milk we use almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp blueberries fresh or frozen
  • pinch cinnamon optional


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar. Stir to incorporate - make sure you don't have any chia seed chunks. Allow to sit over night in the refrigerator or for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
