This 8 class pass allows you to drop in at any point over a 13 week period so that you can attend the classes that work for YOUR schedule.
By purchasing this pass you are entitled to attend any 8 Strong Mums + Bubs class over a 13 week period. Pass expires after 13 weeks.
Strong Mums + Bubs
Nourish your body every Wednesday morning at 10am!
Strong Mums + Bubs is a 45 minute full body strollerfit style workout to increase your strength, cardio, flexibility and core stability after baby. The format of this class allows participants to work at their own skill, fitness, and strength levels.
Group size is small and intimate, allowing for a personally tailored workout and a great opportunity to meet other mums in an exclusive setting.
Babies and kids of all ages are welcome. The majority of participants have baby in a stroller in the summer months but if you prefer to keep your little one in a carrier, modified exercises will be given.
What to bring:
- Supportive shoes
- Yoga mat
- Baby carrier (optional)
- Water bottle
- The usual things you’d bring to occupy your child(ren)

Winter sessions are held indoors in Whitby. Spring, summer & fall sessions take place at the Whitby waterfront trail and run rain or shine.
